A Customer is THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN THIS BUSINESS, in person, by letter, by phone or E-mail.
A Customer is not dependant on us but WE ARE DEPENDANT ON HIM. WITHOUT HIM WE HAVE NO BUSINESS. A Customer is not an INTERRUPTION OF OUR WORK - HE IS THE PURPOSE OF IT.
A Customer is not someone to match wits with, or argue with, as NO ONE EVER WON AN ARGUMENT WITH A CUSTOMER.
A Customer is a person who brings us his wants. It is our business to handle his wants profitably to HIM AND TO US. We should see that nothing is left undone either in attention, workmanship or materials to ensure his satisfaction. THAT IS WHY WE ARE IN BUSINESS.
This is what a Customer is, in this business or any other business, so it is up to us to ENSURE THAT WE GET AND KEEP SATISFIED CUSTOMERS and to spare no effort in doing this.
When Dealing with Customers directly or indirectly we try to keep these thoughts before us and realise that the Customer is THE BUSINESS, FIRST, SECOND AND ALWAYS!
